Sarah's a senior in the Boise area and is an absolute doll! Not only is she a former gymnast, but she is a complete natural in front of the camera. We had a blast walking around Boise and the foothills, with outfits from cheetah flats, to sky high wedges and blue dresses...this girl's got style! I'm glad we chose to do a half-downtown and half-sunset shots because I can't choose my favorites between the two. SO gorgeous. What's your favorite?

Audrey | Boise Maternity Photography | Raft Media

This beautiful lady is one of my best friends and affectionately known as the "other" Audrey. We met freshman year in college at orientation and have been "The Audreys" ever since! I am SO excited for her to have her little baby. You may remember Audrey and Glen from the now famous "bun in the oven" photo we did for them. You can see that here. 
Little "L" you are going to have the best parents in the world! Here's what your momma looked like carrying you :) She is gorgeous huh!

Paris is one of those people that is a breath of fresh air and is so fun to be around. There's just something about people with Southern Roots, they're so nice!
She brought two of her best friends on her shoot and they had a blast skipping through the park and trying to bust out their "serious" faces, which turned into more giggles. My absolute favorite shot from this session is the first one on the left at sunset. This girl is gorgeous! Good luck during your Senior year Paris, so fun meeting you.

Hilary + Justin | Boise Wedding Photography | Hidden Springs Barn, Boise

Not only does this couple have a special place in my heart, but to top it off they got married at the barn where I got married last June! The first time I met Hilary several years ago I immediately knew I liked her. She has this bubbly personality, an adorable laugh and she loves to run and workout. Justin is her perfect match, he is so much fun and has a heart of gold...and he adores Hilary. Their wedding was perfect, here are some sneak peeks. Congrats you two!

Hannah + Gunnar | Boise Wedding Photography | The Bishops House

There was "fun" written all over this wedding. A photo-booth complete with mustaches, lips, and top hats...a cockroach (fake of course!) on the back of the wedding cake, skipping down the aisle and just a light-hearted evening full of love! We had a blast hanging out with Hannah and Gunnar on their big day! I am now on the hunt to find the recipe they used for their apricot-pecan appetizers as well :) Congrats you two, I know you have adventures and a great life ahead of you!

Olivia and Sawyer | Boise Family Photography | Raft Media

I have to admit, these two little kids have a soft spot in my heart. This is the 3rd session little Sawyer has had with Raft Media and the 2nd his sister Olivia has been in. It's been so much fun seeing them grow up—they just continue to get more adorable and full of personality. Sawyer has his deep belly laughs that are so cute you can't help but smile and Olivia is the sweetheart who enthusiastically shared her stories about dance camp and dramatically posed, smiled and twirled for all of her photos. I love photographing kids outside where they can run around and play in the grass. Capturing all of their little faces and the interaction between siblings is just a blast!

Jamey | Boise Senior Photography | Raft Media

Jamey has these sparkling blue eyes and is such a sweet girl. She has a passion for photography (I like her taste in hobbies!) and has two adorable puppies that she brought along to her shoot. Even though it was 97 degrees out we had fun hiking around and caught a beautiful butter-gold sunset. The vineyards, tall trees, a gazebo and lush green lawns make for a beautiful venue.  Even in the heat of summer there is tons of shade to keep it cool!

Tucked away in a private community in Hidden Springs, there is this rustic barn along with another barn/clubhouse for the reception. This place is close to my heart because it's where I got married! Beautiful places for pictures and just simple goodness!

OUTDOOR LOCATIONS

1. The Bishop's House, Boise, ID
This location is beautiful! The bride's and groom's quarters are in the historic Bishop's house and they both have vintage decorations and so much charm! There is a gazebo outside, mature trees and an arch. Nestled at the bottom of the foothills this is a great wedding venue.

2. The Boise Train Depot, Boise, ID
The Train Depot is a classic Boise Wedding Venue. Great places for photos and a beautiful view of Boise!





3. White Willow Estate, Star, ID
Right along the river, this venue is relatively new on the Wedding scene. In the backdrop is a beautiful mansion with rolling green lawns and a sunset that will take your breath away!

4. The Rose Garden, Boise, ID
Tucked away in Julia Davis park, this venue is a gazebo that's nestled in the heart of a gorgeous rose-garden. This venue is perfect for small and intimate weddings.





5. The C.W. Moore Penthouse, Boise, ID

1. St. John's Cathedral, Boise, ID
