I'd like to introduce you to "my other". Audrey was my very first friend in college and is still one of my closest friends, gosh I love that girl. Well she has some exciting news that I got to help her share through this photo...

 SHE HAS A BUN IN THE OVEN!!!!!! I can't wait to be Auntie Audrey to this little baby, oh this makes my heart so happy :)

They are gonna make a beautiful baby and are going to be incredible parents. Just look at all this love going on here. So much love that they gave me the cookie to eat on the way home :)

Baby Zandon- Boise Baby Photography

This precious four month old had the chunkiest little thighs and these twinkling almond eyes. His brother and sister had a blast making monkey noises to keep him entertained during his session. It was so fun seeing his personality peek through, from the inquisitive looks to his huge smiles.

Ash & Michael's Valentines Shoot

Meet my sister-in-law Ash. She's a country girl to the core. She made some seriously cute Valentines day pillows [check out her Rustic Living blog] so those, along with some balloons, and her hubby headed up to the foothills for some Valentines photos.

 I love this shot. She is gorgeous, for one, but her & her truck together are too perfect.

 Such a sucker for the sunset, whiskey & banjo their dogs wanted in on the fun too.

[Baby Zoey]- Boise Baby Photography

Today I got to meet little 6 month old Zoey. She is adorable. My favorite was that she didn't hold herself up when she was on her stomach, she would lift her arms and legs in the air like she was a little airplane. Then she would happily babble and smile. She tried really hard to sit up, but she would slowly lean forward bending in two. She got an "A" for effort though. So fun hanging out with this sweet girl and her mama.

Love her little expression and the flower in her hair. I need to get a chicken wire basket like this!

[Rainey] - Indoor Children's Portrait Session

I must say this little girl has stolen my heart. From the huge hugs she lavishes on her teddy bear to the little nose wrinkle she does when she smiles, Rainey is a sweetheart. 

Since I got all of my studio equipment [save the lighting] in yesterday. I couldn't resist the maiden voyage of my first indoor shoot and called up Rainey's mother. Luckily we could schedule for right after her nap, oh how high maintenance models are! :)

So much fun, I can't wait to do more kids shoots. For the next couple of weeks [February 1st-9th] I will be offering significant discounts from my typical pricing in order to get more experience. Super happy with the results from today though. Now all I need is little kids of my own to photograph.... :)

 This photo just makes me happy. The nose wrinkle, the little tic tac teeth. Love it all.

 Beautiful baby blues.

 She was SO excited to be in these heels. She actually succeeded in walking around in them! Impressive.

 Then there was her bear. Apparently this guy is her best friend, she was overjoyed to snuggle with him.

 What is this? A little sass? This one cracks me up. So adorable.

 When she started to get a little cranky [hey i totally can relate, being hungry is rough!] her mama did the zooming sound effects feeding her yogurt. Here she is waiting for her next bite :)
